  In my personal opinion based on my experience, most physicians seem to feel that they are above any patient because they have a medical degree. Dr. Ruland seems down to earth, talked on a personal level, and talk to me like a person and not just a patient. He seems to be extremely knowledgeable, showed me on a model of the shoulder what he is referring to, and did various hand movements, arm movements, and neck movements to pinpoint issues.
